I hate to say the backyard burger is an unusual fast food joint these days especially in the Bartlett area. Their food is always fresh their service is fast and efficient and their staff is always pleasant particularly Jason. I hear 2 to 3 times a week for lunch and I get the same excellent All around service every time

First time here. Pretty good burgers. I had the Chipotle and my girlfriend had the black and Bleu. Here's was very good. Mine was pretty good. I enjoyed it. And the milkshake was good too.
The burgers are a bit pricy. For two people you're looking at $20. -

Excellent burgers - a little different! Surprising specialty burgers, really in a category apart from typical burger places. Hawaiian chicken, Philly burger, they have cobbler!

Great food and service. Tea is not bad either. For fast food--very good. Love the low-carb option for GF. Use packets of mayo if you are GF due to possible contamination.

Awful. Fast food wasn't fast. I went through the drive through and it took forever. Once it was time for me to get my food, the employee hands me two straws (no drinks). Then, she hands me my food. I asked her where my drinks were, and she states that she'd already given them to me. I advised her that she had not. Then the lady proceeds to explain to me that she would not have given me straws without my drinks. She had the audacity to ask me if I hid the drinks in my vehicle. I specifically ordered sweet tea and lemonade mixed. I asked her what drink was on the counter beside her. And wouldn't you know, it was my drink. She then looks at me, obviously embarrassed, and hands me my drink. Then she makes the other "missing" drink. I could not believe this lady accused me of hiding a drink in my vehicle. I will never return to this restaurant or purchase anything from backyard burger ever again. Customer service is dead.
